- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Very briefly I found the service bad in this shop having spent £199 on a ring for which I waited three weeks for which I didnt have a problem - until after phoning to see what was happening I was told it would be chased up by the girl who served me then she would get back to me - still nothing heard after another week I phoned only to be told that it was in the shop with no note at all t ring me - this lady Apologised but as I pointed out I live 16 miles away - I do not visit Taunton on a regular basis but I had been down on the previous Saturday when the ring was in NOT GOOD SERVICE - then after having someone pick it up for me all I had was the receipt stamped Collected - it was given just in the box with no bag or complimentslip or shop card and assume no apology - I would not go to FHinds again - the young lady I dealt with needs re training in how to deal with clients if they want the business I wouldnt recommend them to my friends at allBy Admin, May 07, 2017
