- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Contacted this garage regarding my vehicle which needing to be towed to a garage to be sorted, called up at around 08:20 had a chat with the boss, he offered me a replacement vehicle so I didnt lose money... I asked for a rough price for the work and he said he would call me back.... We called again at 15:00 hours that day to find out the price, to be told he had just popped out and would call as soon as he came back in... So today at 06:30 the next day Im still waiting for that call... Needless to say another garage helped me and my query to perfection and my vehicle has now been taken elsewhere... You lost a big job, it really isnt hard to pick up a phone or ask one of your staff to call us..By timfaun, May 10, 2019
